New Materials R&D Specialist

Location: Suzhou
Salary: Negotiable

Responsibilities:

1. Participate in product planning and core technology research planning. Responsible for product development research, analyzing and summarizing research data. Provide suggestions and solutions for performance indicators and development directions for the company's materials R&D.

2. Manage day-to-day R&D projects, including developing experimental plans, controlling R&D progress, and managing team resources.

3. Address technical issues and oversee the improvement and optimization of new product performance based on R&D requirements, coordinating resources to solve challenges.

4. Support product iteration by improving materials and optimizing selection to control costs and enhance product market competitiveness.

5. Compile reusable results from various projects to create an internal resource library and handle patent writing.

6. Collaborate with universities and third-party research institutions to stay updated on the latest industry trends and innovations in materials research.

7. Perform other tasks as assigned by senior management.


Requirements:

1. Master's degree or higher in Polymer Science, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

2. Over 3 years of experience in R&D project management in the new materials sector of medium to large chemical industries, or in a university/research institution; candidates with experience in inorganic composite materials are preferred. Prior experience with patent writing is a plus.

3. Strong communication skills, management experience, and ability to draft planning and summary documents.
