Administrative Assistant

Location: Changchun
Salary: Negotiable

Responsibilities:

1. Support and manage daily office administration:

    o Oversee schedule management, meeting arrangements, travel logistics, and coordinate daily financial and process-related tasks.

    o Handle company meeting requirements, including client reception, meeting room scheduling, catering, and beverage arrangements.

    o Manage communications with suppliers and inventory of office supplies, business cards, gifts, etc.

    o Assist with various administrative requests.

2. Assist in operations and market-related tasks:

    o Support operations in coordination with departments such as HR, finance, legal, and IT, handling both internal and external communications.

    o Participate in process management and system updates, including regular maintenance of project management software.

    o Collaborate on basic marketing content, coordinating with suppliers such as design and web development partners, and preparing common materials like PowerPoint presentations.

Conduct market research and track industry trends and developments.


Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher, fluent in Mandarin.

2. Proficient in office software (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with strong writing, data processing, and communication skills.

3. Quick learner with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

4. Highly motivated, with a positive and entrepreneurial mindset, and passionate about work.

5. Experience in large-scale chemical production or the new materials industry is preferred.
